Promote grassroots educational reforms for both women and men relating to care-giving roles. Violence against women and children should remain high priority in all discussions, and actions against the same be enforced. Women are seen as the antidote to the global financial crisis should be central to the solutions. 70 percent of the world's poor are women thus the need to change historical cultural patterns of discrimination at home, in the community, and the workplace. A new global pardigm is called for which will be people-centered while investing in a new infrastructure including women, local economies, health care, education and all social services- in a word a holistic approach to bring about a more just world.
